Sport and Events Manager

Our Client, a well-known multinational FMCG company is announcing an opening position of Sport & Events Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• developing company as a strong consumer-focused brand by designing and executing a short, mid and long-term sports program achieving strong credibility for the product and brand;
• establishing company as a credible and functional beverage in the national sports landscape (sport scenes, opinion leaders, sport industry, agencies, media, federations, authorities etc.);
• creating and superving a highly credible Athletes program;
• organizing events/projects of all scales with strong focus on participants, spectators and media;
• supervising athletes program implementation involving both local and international athletes;
• being responsible for budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national events and athletes activities;
• being responsible for assure external partner contribution for defined projects delivering a high level of efficiency;
• runnig an extremely motivated sports department by challenging and developing skills and knowledge;
• establishing culture of constant innovation, creative thinking, coaching and open feedback;
• being responsible for identify strengths and development opportunities for each team member and ensure the highest team performance.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sports industry, events or marketing agency;
• at least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• understanding of sports performance, networking in sports area;
• ability to design and organise events and projects of all scales;
• highly efficient and effective project management skills.
