Our Client, a well-known multinational company is announcing an opening of Recruiter position.
Main Responsibilities:
- organizing overall recruitment process in the company;conducting searches for open vacancies with the help of recruiting agencies;
- managing vacancies' postings and candidates response on internal/ external job boards;
- organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from internal clients and candidates;
- providing counseling support to internal clients at all stages of the selection process;
- gathering references on final candidates from previous employers;
- preparing and negotiating job offers for the candidates;
- employer branding, work with universities and young graduates, internship programs;
- providing constant monitoring of Ukrainian labor market.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree;
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting within a large;
- good knowledge of various recruiting tools and search methods, experience of successful placements for different levels and directions of vacancies;
- good working knowledge of English;
- advanced PC user (MS Office, experience of work with database);
- excellent communicative, organizational and project management skills;
- energetic, initiative, flexible, adaptable;
- able to multitask and to work with strict deadlines.
