Head of Customer Unit

Our Client, an international company, one of the leading players in the agricultural market, is announcing an opening of Head of Customer Unit position.

Main responsibilities:

• supporting requests and arranging logistics processes on a customer level, confirming and coordinating with credit management, accounting, and logistics;
• working closely with other functions within logistics, accounting, regulatory and legal departments to organize and execute orders;
• increasing customer satisfaction and building loyalty through maintaining positive relations with our customers;
• managing contracts in a proper way;
• handling customer complaints, both internal and external, via the defined processes;
• ensuring effective and well-timed reporting for all Business Units on all crops;
• being responsible for Stock Balance management and coordination work of all other units to ensure effective planning and stock realization;
• managing team.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree;
• 2+ years customer support and/or account management experience or prior experience in customer support;
• strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interactions and service;
• intermediate level of English;
• advisable to know SAP;
• organized, detail-oriented individual with ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy of information, and meet deadlines with little supervision;
• team management;
• excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills.
