Our Client, a well-known energy company with gas stations network all over Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Territory Manager position (Odessa).
Main responsibilities:
- communicating all the sales and development targets in sales and operational activities (B2C) to the personnel of each site operating in the region;
- monitoring and controlling the operational expenses of sites in the entrusted region;
- managing the clients' satisfaction level through enhancement of the personnel's competences, setting up a continuous dialogue with the clients;
- monitoring the competitors' activities and enhancing own competitiveness;
- developing working culture in which personnel is motivated to make changes real;
- implementing the training for the site personnel in the entrusted region.
Main requirements:
- University Degree;
- driving license (category B) and driving experience 2+ years;
- Advanced PC user (Microsoft Office: Power Point, Word, Excel);
- good knowledge of English;
- practical experience in B2B/B2C sales in the highly competitive market - 3+ years;
- good understanding of the fuels retail market;
- experience in managing teams would be an advantage;
- ability to lead and coach the team, implement and manage changes in the organization based on the feedback from the clients;
- negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- readiness to travel throughout Odessa region (~70% working time).
