General Manager

Our Client, a international agriculture company (Seeds) is announcing an opening of General Manager position.

Main responsibilities:

• managing and developing the Ukrainian office of the company;
• arranging expansion of market share and brand awareness;
• compiling, updating the portfolio and making adjustments to reflect new products;
• searching and training qualified employees;
• interacting with employees and customers;
• being responsible for budget, planning and corporate reporting.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 5+ years of successful experience in marketing\sales in international agro-company;
• 5+ experience of working within seeds (commercial or technical);
• excellent knowledge of agribusiness markets and customer needs;
• fluent level of English;
• strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• proactivity, analytical thinking, commercial acumen;
• goal-oriented team player.
