Our Client, a well-known multinational company, a worldwide leader in food industry is looking for Brand Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- carrying out brand's marketing strategy;
- planning and executing ATL and BTL communication campaigns;
- managing product innovation flow;
- controlling over marketing budget for brand, ensuring its efficient utilization;
- preparing presentations to illustrate brand strategy, chosen marketing mix and achieving results;
- providing market analysis and research;
- being responsible for monitor constantly the sales results on national level taking into account brands' regional and trade channel sales performance as a base for identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken.
Main requirements:
- University Degree in marketing or economics (CIM or MBA desirable);
- 3+ years experience in brand management area within a leading foreign/national company;
- successful experience in communication and product development within FMCG sector is a must;
- strong experience in development and implementation of brand strategies and tactics;
- fluent English;
- advanced PC skills;
- strong leadership, organizational and communicative skills;
- good analytical skills and learning agility;
- proactive, initiative, out-of-box thinking.
