Brand manager

Our Client, a well-known multinational company, a worldwide leader in food industry is looking for Brand Manager. 

Main responsibilities:

• carrying out brand's marketing strategy;
• planning and executing ATL and BTL communication campaigns;
• managing product innovation flow;
• controlling over marketing budget for brand, ensuring its efficient utilization;
• preparing presentations to illustrate brand strategy, chosen marketing mix and achieving results;
• providing market analysis and research;
• being responsible for monitor constantly the sales results on national level taking into account brands' regional and trade channel sales performance as a base for identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken.

Main requirements:

• University Degree in marketing or economics (CIM or MBA desirable);
• 3+ years experience in brand management area within a leading foreign/national company;
• successful experience in communication and product development within FMCG sector is a must;
• strong experience in development and implementation of brand strategies and tactics;
• fluent English;
• advanced PC skills;
• strong leadership, organizational and communicative skills;
• good analytical skills and learning agility;
• proactive, initiative, out-of-box thinking.
