Our client, a well-known international company working at the market of home appliances is announcing an opening for Customer Marketing Manager position.
Main responsibilities:
- participating in developing customer marketing strategy in line with the company objectives;
- overseeing all customer marketing, advertising and promotional activities/trends/competitive behavior;
- analyzing consumer's behavioral changes, shopping paths, consumer understanding tests;
- being responsible for strategic planning for customer marketing activities, including adaptation of national brand campaigns for retail;
- being responsible for coop ATL & BTL activity planning in cooperation with Sales team;
- managing team of direct and non-direct subordinates & supportive teams;
- gathering market information and apply to customer marketing strategy;
- being responsible for channel marketing strategy including planning, implementation and evaluation;
- being responsible for Retail and Customer Marketing communications: customer marketing (CM), retail marketing (adaptation for national brand campaign creative for retail);
- being responsible for Trade Customers Event management.
Main requirements:
- University Degree (Marketing Diploma will be an advantage);
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing leadership role;
- extensive experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies in customer marketing to meet organizational objectives;
- team management experience;
- well-developed strategic marketing skills;
- strong project management skills;
- knowledge of English - Upper-intermediate and higher;
- good communications skills.
