Trade Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-known multinational FMCG company is announcing an opening for Trade Marketing Manager position.

Main Responsibilities:

• developing and implementing trade marketing strategy for the company's brands in order to grow sales volume, revenue, profitability and market share;
• being responsible for annual channel specific trade marketing programs;
• building and implementing category projects into Ukrainian market;
• managing trade marketing department;
• managing, developing and monitoring efficiency of motivation programs for trade and sales team.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree (Marketing/Economics);
• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing / category projects with a leading foreign FMCG company;
• proven knowledge of trade marketing and category principles;
• proactive behavior and performance experience in co-operation with marketing teams (new opportunities, launches, services);
• experience in team management;
• working knowledge of English;
• excellent PC skills;
• strong analytical, organizational and strategic thinking skills;
• team player, energetic and persuasive communicator.
