Our client, a well-known multinational FMCG company is announcing an opening for Trade Marketing Manager position.
Main Responsibilities:
- developing and implementing trade marketing strategy for the company's brands in order to grow sales volume, revenue, profitability and market share;
- being responsible for annual channel specific trade marketing programs;
- building and implementing category projects into Ukrainian market;
- managing trade marketing department;
- managing, developing and monitoring efficiency of motivation programs for trade and sales team.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree (Marketing/Economics);
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing / category projects with a leading foreign FMCG company;
- proven knowledge of trade marketing and category principles;
- proactive behavior and performance experience in co-operation with marketing teams (new opportunities, launches, services);
- experience in team management;
- working knowledge of English;
- excellent PC skills;
- strong analytical, organizational and strategic thinking skills;
- team player, energetic and persuasive communicator.
