Head of E-commerce

Our Client, a leading international E-commerce company, is announcing an opening of E-commerce Head position.

Main responsibilities:

• planning department's income, expenses and profit on a quarterly basis, ensuring that actual results are in line with the planned ones;
• building and implementing a strategy and tactics for promoting e-commerce projects of the company in order to attract new and existing customers;
• developing KPI system for the employees and third-party contractors and controlling their performance;
• managing the full cycle of advertising campaigns within the established KPI system;
• controlling and allocating budget for online channel in an appropriate and effective way;
• managing traffic (forecasting, structure management, performance evaluation and optimization);
• being responsible for department staff management.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 3+ years of successful experience in a field of E-commerce;
• good managerial experience;
• Intermediate English is a must;
• good PC skills;
• excellent planning, organizational, negotiation and analytical skills;
• strong communication, influencing and decision making skills;
• result oriented, strong leadership skills.
