Parts Sales Specialist

Our client, a well-known multinational industrial company, the world leader in the production of heating equipment, gas boilers and water heaters (Fortune 500) is announcing an opening for Parts Sales Specialist position. 

Main responsibilities:

• supporting parts sales processes (order receive from partners, invoice prepare, control for parts delivery ,account documents flow control);
• managing partners network, parts supply agreements management;
• managing buffer stock (parts planning, place order in SAP, support parts import, receive parts in 1C after customs clearing);
• supporting parts delivery from company's production to Ukraine;
• being responsible for propose solutions regarding obsolete parts, competitors price control and promo preparing;
• providing technical consultation regarding parts search and substitution.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 1+ years of professional experience at similar position or at service position;
• experience and familiarity of household appliances products and line of business will be an advantage;
• good communication skills in English language;
• good level of analytical skills.
