Ondoarding (Support) Specialist

About The Role

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for the onboarding process of new clients.

What are the requirements?

• Lead and manage on-going due diligence of existing customers;
• Occasionally perform new customer onboarding: verify submitted documents, perform due diligence and risk assessments; research and analyse KYC elements;
• Identify and ensure constant improvement of Onboarding/Ongoing Due Diligence procedure's quality, prepare action proposals;
• Identify opportunities for work process automation and best practice application;
• Participate in development of other KYC, onboarding and due diligence initiatives and projects;
• Support team colleagues in daily tasks.

What you'll need to be

• 2+ years of experience in a Compliance related function, preferably in a financial institution;
• High level of integrity maturity, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Salary ranges EUR 1000- 1300
