Training and Development Manager

We are looking for a person who is passionate about helping people learn and grow as well as advance their skills and knowledge.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous T&D or L&D working experience;
• Effective learning and development methods knowledge;
• Excellent understanding of IT domain and its peculiarities;
• Outstanding people and communication skills.

What you will be doing:

The most important challenge for the first three months would be playing the leading role in the competence center concept creation along with our Team Leads, foreseeing and solving all possible organisational issues and finally successfully launching it.

Besides in our Team we value knowledge sharing and we would like to make our spontaneous in-house trainings well-organised and regular as well as external ones.
