Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of HR&Recruitment  experience; 
  • Participate in building new processes, and test creative new strategies;
  • Communication. Openness, diplomacy, the ability to speak simply about the complex things with different stakeholders in their language;
  • An additional psychological education will be a plus;
  • Creativity. Search for non-standard ideas and approaches;
  • Strong leadership skills. A team player, willing to collaborate and share best practices;
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives and tasks;
  • A mature leader with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, Hiring, Training, and Retaining;
  • Cooperation with top managers and heads of departments on the search and recruitment of personnel;
  • Work with the leadership team and operations to develop and implement major organizational change strategies;
  • Implement best HR practices that achieve business objectives such as performance management, benefits, leadership development, rewards and recognition, communication etc;
  • Managing both internal and external recruiters;
  • Jointly with managers to participate in the assessment of the competencies and performance of employees;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and principles of organization of personnel work;
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of staff recruitment;
  • Planning and managing the budget.
