Requirements:
- More than 5 years of HR&Recruitment experience;
- Participate in building new processes, and test creative new strategies;
- Communication. Openness, diplomacy, the ability to speak simply about the complex things with different stakeholders in their language;
- An additional psychological education will be a plus;
- Creativity. Search for non-standard ideas and approaches;
- Strong leadership skills. A team player, willing to collaborate and share best practices;
- Able to work under pressure and manage a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives and tasks;
- A mature leader with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Intermediate spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, Hiring, Training, and Retaining;
- Cooperation with top managers and heads of departments on the search and recruitment of personnel;
- Work with the leadership team and operations to develop and implement major organizational change strategies;
- Implement best HR practices that achieve business objectives such as performance management, benefits, leadership development, rewards and recognition, communication etc;
- Managing both internal and external recruiters;
- Jointly with managers to participate in the assessment of the competencies and performance of employees;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and principles of organization of personnel work;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of staff recruitment;
- Planning and managing the budget.
