- Process inbound and outbound lead communication
- Setup and make calls with potential customers
- Provide lead qualification
- Generate a constant flow of Marketing Qualified Leads
- Provide lead nurturing and engagement
- Manage lead generation campaigns, campaign reporting
- Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM
- Min. 6 months of experience as a Lead Generation or SDR manager in IT
- Basic understanding of IT company business processes, sales processes in IT.
- Great understanding of lead generation communication principles
- Basic negotiation skills
- Upper-intermediate and higher written and spoken English.
- Attentive to details, self-driven person ready to take responsibility for campaign management.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Confident user of Google Drive, LinkedIn.
- Experience with mass mailing, mail merge, CRM and lead generation tools will be a plus.
