POSITION TITLE: Motion Designer

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer able to turn a plain screen recording into a high-quality product demo or instructional video.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit customer-facing user tutorials and product overviews based on motion graphics and screencasts
• Manage the company’s video library, including video uploads, creation of thumbnails and playlists, and ensure videos are accurately tagged
• Work closely with our product management, user documentation, marketing, and design teams to deliver a perfect final product
• Ensure that all video content meets CommPeak’s tone and style, complies with brand guidelines, and is of the highest quality
• Understand both company and user needs, and be able to deliver elegant and practical solutions that answer both sides

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in producing instructional, product or marketing video content
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
• A portfolio full of your best video work pieces is a MUST
• Ability to think outside of the box and bring new ideas and suggestions to the team
• Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design
• English level B2 and above
• Design-related education is a plus
