Required skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing and/or related areas
• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal
• Clear and vigorous writing style
• Strong understanding of the software product life cycle and documentation development process and standards
• Ability to manage complex and interconnected amounts of information
• Natural curiosity to explore the technical sides of the project and learn how it works
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from other departments

As a plus

• Basic knowledge of programming.
• Being comfortable in independent work. Ability to organize your work process with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Being accurate, attentive, precise and a bit meticulous person.

Responsibilities

• Create and update internal and customer-facing materials: user guides, walkthroughs, company blog articles, and scripts for video tutorials
• Collaborate with our product management, marketing, software development and design teams to deliver a perfect final product
• Monitor help center analytics to make the content meet customers’ needs
• Ensure that product UI texts are clear, correct, and engaging
• Become an expert for the product being documented
• Ameliorate products by reporting defects. Be sure that documented defects are corrected
