CQG, Inc. was founded more than 40 years ago in the United States. We are one of the world leaders in the delivery of market data and financial information, analysis technologies and stock trading. More than 500 people work in 15 offices around the world - from Denver and Chicago to Sydney and Singapore. The development offices are located in Denver, Moscow, Kiev, Samara, Yerevan and Zelenograd.
Kiev office was opened in 2004 and now has about 40 people. Our friendly team for more than 10 years working on server solutions for stock trading, client applications for the analysis of stock quotes and many others.
We're looking for experienced, motivated employees who will be interested in joining our team.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with people
- Basic understanding of financial markets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken
Good to have:
- Experience in Futures or Banking industry
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service via telephone, web inquiries, and at the customer site
- Provide education and training to customers on all aspects of CQG products, including market data, technical analysis and trade routing interfaces
- Utilize and maintain Customer Management Database software
- Undertake research, testing, data quality, and documentation projects as appropriate
- Provide link between customer and Data Quality/ Product Development in relation to product issues
