QA Lead, CRM Manager

The Role

As a Junior CRM Manager based in Lviv, you will be joining our product marketing team within the Free to Play industry. As part of your role you will be handling campaign setup of special offers, engagement campaigns, lifecycle programs and customer communication messages (emails, push, pop-ups). You will be closely working with the wider CRM team based in London aiming to improve player user experience, as well as increase engagement, retention and monetization of players within the app though campaigns you will help to create. Role will require business trips to Product Madness London office which include onboarding week training in the beginning of your experience as a Product Madness team member!

Daily Responsibilities

• Configuring CRM campaigns and reviewing asset quality.

• QA and test campaign set ups to ensure error-free execution.

• Perform post-launch checks to monitor campaign performance.

• Setting up campaigns going via available communication channels (email, push, FB bot, etc.), monitoring channel engagement (Click-through-rate, Open Rate) and suggesting channel improvements.

• Collaborating with other teams across the business: Art, Product, Solutions, Social Media, VIP, Customer Service.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities

• Preparing art briefs and writing marketing copies (emails, push notifications).

• Providing ideas for new campaign concepts.

• Suggesting areas of improvements (tools, processes).

• Escalating issues that surface

• Be able to attend meetings at Product Madness London office.

Experience & Requirements

• You have some experience of marketing campaign execution or QA.

• You have a good understanding how to utilize different communication channels to achieve best results.

• You have good technical knowledge and an eye for detail.

• You can demonstrate good written and spoken English, as communication skills are essential for daily communication with teams based in London.

• You have managed multiple projects or campaigns at the same time and you have a strong sense of priorities to get things done in the most efficient way.
