Junior Learning & Development Specialist

Deloitte in Ukraine is currently seeking a Junior Learning & Development Specialist for the Talent department in our Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

  • Organization and support of internal trainings (materials preparation, communication with participants and trainers, feedbacks collection);
  • Registration of participants for external trainings, documentation support, billing control;
  • Coordination of Learning management system;
  • Preparation of learning statistics and reports;
  • Assistance in L&D budget control.

To be considered you should possess:

  • University degree (HR will be a plus);
  • Working experience in the HR sphere will be a preference;
  • Good communication skills, mature and dynamic nature;
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good knowledge of English (intermediate level and above);
  • Multitasking, attention to details, 
  • Ability to work with a big amount of information;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • High level of motivation and result-oriented approach, desire to develop yourself in the HR sphere.
