Experienced Legal Professional

The role will involve:

• Working under the supervision of a Senior/Manager/Director/Partner
• Delegating tasks to junior colleagues, supervising their fulfillment
• Conducting legal research on various legal matters
• Providing legal support of M&A transactions, including preparation of legal due diligence reports
• Drafting, negotiating, amending agreements and legal memorandums
• Participating in client meetings and conference calls
• Participating in internal learning events and external events organized for the clients

To be considered you should possess:

• Higher legal education
• 1+ years experience at a legal consultant (associate) position within a leading law firm and/or 1+ year of relevant experience as an in-house lawyer
• Upper-intermediate/advanced English
  
• Ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, ability to duly communicate with clients
• Experience in all of the legal areas (corporate, commercial, labor law, banking law, antitrust, litigation, IP) will be an advantage
