    Deloitte is seeking a Audit Assistant (A2/A3) to join the Audit team at the Kyiv office.

    In conducting an external audit of clients' financial statements, Deloitte holds itself to the standards of independence, professional objectivity, and technical excellence. The audit approach is designed to provide the flexibility to serve the unique circumstances and complexities of clients.


    The role will involve:

    • Participation in audit and review of the financial statements prepared in accordance with Ukrainian and International Accounting Standards
    • Audit and review of financial statements prepared in accordance with Ukrainian and International Accounting Standards;
    • Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise
    • Obtain and develop an understanding of the audit approach, methodology & tools
    • Obtain and develop an understanding of the clients' businesses and their processes
    • Establish working relationships with client personnel



    • Higher education: Accounting/Finance/Economics
    • 2+ years of core accounting experience
    • Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Strong commitment to providing an excellent client service
    • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple engagements
    • High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspirations
    • Ability to work without supervision
    • Audit/accounting qualifications (audit certificate, ACCA,CAP, CIPA) or in process of obtaining is an advantage
