Lawyer

Deloitte is seeking a Lawyer to join In-House Legal team within the Internal Client Services department at the Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Supervision of Internal Financial Monitoring compliance;
• Drafting, negotiating, amending the agreements of various types
• Drafting internal documents, including orders, opinions and POA
• Advising on corporate, commercial, tax, labor law matters
• Conducting legal research and investigation
• Participating in legal negotiations with clients of the Company
• Checking the compliance with internal policies
• Litigations
• Experience in external economic activities, international donor projects

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• 2-4 years relevant experience including knowledge of all types of in-house legal work
• Experience in reviewing commercial contracts
• Experience in working with corporate documents (drafting constituent documents for a legal entity and amendments thereto, Board and AGM minutes and sole shareholder decisions, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, ability to duly communicate with regulators
• Fluent English
