Junior Legal Consultant

Deloitte in Ukraine is currently seeking a Junior Consultant in the Legal group in our Tax & Legal Department in Kyiv office.

The role will involve:

• Working under the supervision of a Senior Consultant or Manager
• Conducting legal research on various legal matters
• Providing legal support of M&A transactions, including preparation of legal due diligence reports
• Drafting, negotiating, amending agreements and legal memorandums
• Drafting proposals and responses to clients' requests
• Participating in client meetings and conference calls under the supervision of Senior Consultant

Major requirements:

• Higher legal education
• Preferable experience in all of the following areas: corporate, commercial, labor law
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, ability to duly communicate with clients
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Experience in corporate, commercial, labor law will be an advantage
