Customer Support / Back Office Specialist (night shifts)

We are looking for 4 talented and open-minded specialists to join our Back Office in the central part of Kyiv.

What you are to do:

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify the problem, figure out the solution and its successful communication back to the client;
• Respond to all incoming emails and control work-mail;
• Monitor incoming transactions from clients - assist with technical difficulties solutions if needed.
• Consult new clients about the package of necessary documents;
• Cooperate with all team members;
• Data Management: any drafting, storing and verification of documentation;
• Issue weekly and monthly report for all incoming and outgoing transactions to and from clients (B2B).

What you are to have:

• Accounting/Finance background is not a must but a plus (should be smart with numbers);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience in working with CRM's / Softwares / Cloud-based environments;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently;
• Natural self-starter with "will do" attitude;
• Time management skills and flexibility (these are a must);
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Ukrainian citizenship
