Support is needed for a Swedish multinational networking and telecommunications company that sells infrastructure, software, and services in the information and communications technology for telecommunications service providers and enterprises.
Customer

Responsibilities:
- Support with daily questions/queries
- Troubleshoot issues and provide either resolution or escalate properly
- Take a part in feature development
Requirements:
- Windows Scripting knowledge - PowerShell
- General knowledge of Azure
- Understanding of Windows in general:
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Troubleshooting mindset
- LDAP/AD - NTH: Group policies
- How windows and applications work, how to debug problems
- General Windows administration
- Anti-virus handling
Would be a plus:
- RDS/Hyper V
