Middle JavaScript/React. js Engineer (DanAds/AdTech)

How about taking part in a large long-term project? We have a great opportunity for an experienced JavaScript Developer who is ready to show a high level of engagement in making technical decisions.

As a JavaScript Developer, you will participate in the planning and estimation of new features, functionality development, and will closely work with AdTech stack.

Customer:

Our customer is a leading provider of customized self-serve advertising platforms for publishers, which come with the best features of ad forecasting, one-to-one direct deals, proposals sending, various targeting options, and ad-tools.

Project:

DanAds is a B2B company that creates white label self-serve solutions for World Known Publishers (e.g. Bloomberg, eBay, Hearst, TripAdvisor, etc).

DanAds platform is an Ad-desk that is integrated with the publisher’s own ad servers, CRM, and payment systems. The main customers/users of the system are Publishers as well as small and medium advertisers who want to market their business among web, mobile, and print units.

Now we’re starting a new project based on Java and React.js. The customer is an American subscription video-on-demand service. The main goal of the project is to help the customer to improve internal processes and systems automation (for example, to replace existing traffic and AdOps management system with a brand new one).

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the delivery of major product features
• Promote good design principles, best practices, coding standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project
• Carry out technical supervision of minor software development staff
• Share technical knowledge with teammates and customers
• Collaborate tightly with product development teams (on our and client’s side)
• Communicate and translate business needs into technology to internal and external stakeholders
• Solve difficult problems without compromising the larger business and technical goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of React.js development experience
• Solid understanding of the software development process
• Solid knowledge of Native JavaScript
• Good knowledge of Typescript
• At least Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Would be a plus:

• Experience with GraphQL w/Apollo server
