SMM Manager for Internation PR Team

As a part of this position, you will closely work with the International PR and Design teams in creating PR campaigns. In collaboration with the team, your main task will be to produce smart, personalized, and engaging social content that authentically expresses the company’s culture, demonstrates the unique selling points, and supports the overall Sigma Software business tasks.

Main Goals: Plan and implement an international PR strategy in social media

Build company’s positive and strong reputation as a reliable tech partner on LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare

Raise brand awareness in the markets of the UK, the US, Sweden, Germany, Israel, and Dubai

Create new leads

Tighten relationships with potential and existing customers and partners

Requirements: Strong experience in social media promotion (organic and paid content)

Experience in day-to-day content publishing across all platforms

Strong writing skills and the ability to take an idea from a thought to a full-blown message

Experience in a collaborative team environment

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with international companies/clients

Understanding of design trends in media and business

Project management skills

Responsibilities:

Manage Sigma Software Social Accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare) on a regular basis (up to 5 posts daily). Monitor the company’s brand and timely react to all activities associated with it (mentions, comments, reposts)

Provide PR-support of online & offline events organized by Sigma Software international team or Sigma Software clients/partners

Launch targeted paid promo campaigns in line with the marketing team activities

Develop relevant content topics that will match the company’s target customers' needs and promote them

Deal with internal designers team and external providers concerning visuals for social media (banners, infographics, one-pagers, videos, page covers)

Negotiate with other Sigma Software team members on content creation for social media (LinkedIn articles, infographics, posts, etc.)

Prepare reports on content performance and audience growth in the key markets
