Technical Support Engineer (Web Security Domain, night shift)

    You will have an opportunity to work with a worldwide famous corporation in a Web Security domain.

    A support project for a platform that provides service of real-time protection from unwanted behaviors and helps users take ownership of the digital engagements they have with users to protect their experience, brand, and revenue.


    • Providing 2nd level technical support services on a 24/7 basis
    • Securing the agreed levels of service are met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Able to create and update support and maintenance related documentation
    • Performing all tasks and providing deliverables on a good level of quality
    • Reporting status and progress according to the project and company demands
    • Maintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues

    Project-related activities:

    • Feed monitoring when an alert with a bad creative arrives (email notifications)
    • Log validation and reporting on results
    • Cooperating with the team to decrease the quantity of incidents


    • Basic knowledge of JS, HTML/CSS
    • Understanding of Google Web Tool (Google Inspector)
    • Understanding of web development principles
    • At least Intermediate level of English
    • Readiness for night shifts

    Would be a plus:

    • Basic knowledge of Kibana
