Middle/Senior Unity Developer (VR training platform)

We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our team and develop VR training platform to provide remote training for the safety of working with trucks electrical appliances in VR expanding the possibilities of physical training at the expense of VR capabilities for big automobile/truck manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions
• Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation
• Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners
• Report status and progress according to the project and company demands
• Escalate technical issues to Team Lead, and Project Manager
• Provide assistance to test engineers and support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation
• May be involved in the technology prototyping
• Perform code reviews for compliance with best engineering practices, coding standards and quality criteria set forth on the project

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Unity and C#
• Good understanding of C# language concepts
• Experience with AR/VR solution
• Experience with VR headsets (Occulus Quest or similar)
• Strong understanding of OOP and programming principles
• Understanding and hands-on experience with WebGL
• Understanding and hands-on experience with Photon engine
• Experience with unit-tests, TDD, BDD
• Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

• Experience in Playfab
• A released solution in production
• Optimization for different mobile platforms as well as desktop
• Experience with git and CI environments (TeamCity, Jenkins)
