Technical Team Lead (Telecom Domain)

Big European Telco provider that deploys cloud solutions to end-users and provides designing, securing, and operating of SDN & NFV networks.

You will be involved in end-to-end launching of the data centers including hardware and software parts for famous European mobile providers. The project covers all aspects from hardware procurement and data center cabling design to the cloud solution provisioning with SDN network configuration and launching. Responsibilities:

Solution Validation Strategy:

• Development of a strategy that takes into account the time, cost and quality objects of the project
• Reaching agreement of the strategy with the customer and all 3rd Parties
• Proactively assessing and revising the strategy as events require

System Integration Plan, Design & Execution:

• Development of the System Integration Plan
• Developing the System Integration test cases, Integration test cases
• Executing System Integration
• Monitoring and reporting on System Integration progression
  

System Verification Plan, Design & Execution:

• Development of the System Verification Plan
• Executing System Verification
• Monitoring and reporting on System Verification progression
• Pro Verification progression
  

User Acceptance Plan, Design & Execution

• Developing the User
• Supporting the customer in their execution of User Acceptance
• Monitoring and reporting on System Verification progression
  

Lab Management

• Planning and designing the lab requirements of the System Integration
• Evaluating lab and support equipment options to maximize the cost effective utilization of infrastructure

Configuration Management

Risk & Issue Management

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Systems Integration portfolio: NFVI, Cloud Infra, Telco Cloud and PS-Core
• Strong experience in complex End-to-End customer solutions
• Demonstrated and proven technical leadership
• Proven experience working on a multi-vendor telecom project
• Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors, and business partners
• Knowledge of advanced integration methodology (AIM) and mature project management
• Experience as well the necessary technical background and soft skills to design, plan, and execute or lead integration testing and validation activities for an E2E solution across multiple domains and technologies (overall solution, building blocks, interfaces, call flows, etc.)
• At least Upper - Intermediate level of English
