Project Manager (Gaming Project)

We are now on the lookout for a skillful Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong track record of managing successful projects and development teams.

You will be able to manage our game development project as well as supervise and handle a few small projects in the gambling domain. We expect you to take responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager and confidently grow to this position.

Our projects have a major focus on visual effects and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Performing overall planning based on the incoming requirements from the customer; defining, estimating, and scheduling project work to achieve the scope
• Project risk management
• Project Quality Assurance and Quality Management
• Managing, monitoring and forecasting of project execution; successful execution and delivery of projects on-time and within allocated budget
• Taking corrective actions required to deliver complete scope with desired quality on time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation, etc.)
• Ensuring internal and external customers management
• Supporting entire software engineering cycle for an allocated set of projects Coordinating the development team and keeping its focus on result
• Preparation of new bids (technical and commercial proposals for new projects)
• Managing projects staff (partially): tracking, coordinating, and notifying management about the need for staff career growth; avoiding conflicts in the team

What we expect:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management
• Customer expectations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English

Will be a plus:

• Casino games understanding and experience working in this field
• Flash/technical/art background
• Experience with JIRA
