Node.js Developer (Motorsport)

Looking for a Node.js Developer to join the team that delivers a solution for live broadcasting of motorsports events. It includes remote live streaming units, streaming services, telemetry sensors, telemetry analysis services, and intermediate databases with corresponding access services, intermediate RTMP server, and a professional mixing / broadcasting studio, which will effectively close the chain, being either direct or indirect consumer for all the aforementioned components.

Responsibilities:

• Design separate components, modules, classes, database tables, etc.
• Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Contribute to development of technical project documentation and user documentation
• Provide assistance to Test Engineers
• Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer
• Comply with the best engineering practices, the technical standards, and the quality criteria set forth on the project
• Report status and progress according to the project and Company demands
• Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager
• Improve your qualification within the area(s) of expertise at various training courses, seminars, and/or other educational organizations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Node.js
• Experienced in ReactJS
• Experienced in Express.js, MongoDB, ESLint, Docker, AWS
• Experience with DevOps tools like Bash, SSH, systemd
• Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL)
• Experience with Git
• At least Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Vector Math
• Knowledge of Python
