Game Development Lead

We are offering you a challenging opportunity to take up the position of a lead to a new front-end team developing a casino game. It is a new Swedish customer, and you will be able to create your own team. We expect you to select teammates (about 4-5 members), build a cross-functional agile team, and drive it.

As a Game Development Lead of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up the development process
• Driving games development
• Selecting the right people and building your team
• Coaching and mentoring "younger" team members

Required skills:

• Experience in casino games development
• Strong level in JavaScript/HTML5/CSS
• Upper-intermediate English

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with Three.JS
• Knowledge/experience in WebGL
• Back-end experience, specifically, C++
• Understanding of casino games mathematics
