  • General administrative support to colleagues in production, 
  • Travel coordination,
  • Events coordination,
  • Payments support,
  • Document flow organisation.
  • Responsible for receiving visitors in the office, reception / processing / registering incoming and outgoing correspondence, distribution of incoming calls, organization of business trips, travel arrangements of visits for guests, hotel reservations, organizing transportation, execution of other manager's requests;
  • Assistance in Field days and exhibitions organization;
  • Managing office lease and all related contracts;
  • Ensuring hotel, taxi and other relevant services related to office and staff functioning;
  • Managing office maintenance and equipment repair, ensuring office furniture availability and functioning;
  • Managing company's car fleet including lease contracts, maintenance and repair, reporting;
  • Participating in the organization of corporate events
  • Organizing and running the internal and external company events;
  • Assuring POS (point of sale) materials development and presence at POS.
  • Communicate with vendors (POS, advertising materials producers, designers)
  • Maintain regular contacts with journals and newspapers, process requests (photos, texts)
  • Maintain relationship with distributors and key customers (provide marketing and advertising materials, solutions, etc.
  • Participation in design and production of media campaigns and assisting with such responsibilities as production coordination, background design and progress tracking. 
  • Select and write material, plans layouts and coordinates printing and artwork for company publications and give-always like calendars, posters.
