HR manager (Ternopil)

    Unicorn Systems is a renowned European company providing the largest information systems and solutions in the area of information and communication technologies. We have been focusing on high added value and competitive advantage for our customers.

    Now we are looking for the HR manager, who will be dealing with a full cycle of HR in our Ternopil office.

    Responsibilities:
    — Running regular one-to-one meetings with co-workers;
    — Analyzing employees’ engagement in the company/projects regularly (1-on-1s results, audits, surveys);
    — Organization and active participation in performance review meetings;
    — Coordinating the adaptation process for newcomers;
    — Maintaining exit interviews, analyzing and providing results to the management;
    — Helping with team building/events organization;
    — Processing education requests.

    Required skills:
    — Previous experience in Human Resources in IT company (2+years);
    — Relationship management;
    — Highly developed listening and communication skills;
    — Problem solving through analysis, facilitation;
    — Ability to work under pressure and deal with people under stress;
    — Upper-Intermediate English — is a must.

    Would be a plus:
    — Strategic thinking and planning.
