System administrator

Required Skills

2-5 years of office sysadmin experience
Strong understanding with troubleshooting and problem solving IT infrastructure services
Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory experience
Windows 10, MacOS workstations.
Security: AntiVirus (McAfee, Sophos, Symantec) and Encryption (BitLocker, Symantec, McAfee, Filevault 2)
Cloud services (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace)
Understanding network protocols including TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, SIP, RTP
Use of or knowledge in using monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Logicmonitor, Splunk, Etc.)
Ability to work with little or no supervision from direct manager
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment
Pre-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

Main Responsibilities

Users support, software and hardware troubleshooting
Support of Linux and Microsoft software and MS Windows infrastructure
Installation and support of network infrastructure (switches, access points)
Perform Linux/Windows installation/configurations
Create and maintain Windows and Mac images and software deployment packages
Actively participate and be available for IT related escalations as required.
Participate in repair/maintenance/support of IT EUS and network hardware (switches, routers, WAP, printers, PC's, accessories, VOIP phones, mobile phones, etc.), software (MAC OSX, Windows 10, MS Office Suite, Virus and Spyware mitigation, RingCentral Meetings, etc.), and applications (Office 365, BOX, Google Apps, etc..)
