Customer Service Manager

Cambridge Seminars College is a warm, friendly and high achieving College. We have been preparing students for their university studies both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the past thirty eight years and continue to strive to meet and exceed our students' expectations.



  • Represent CSC within external bodies if required, such as Agents, students, host families, creditors and others.
  • Provide information to students, Agents, visitors and staff, both in person and over the email/phone.
  • Establish strong relationships with agencies for further cooperation.
  • Advise the prospective student fully on what is expected when studying with us and ensure the student is fully prepared to succeed on their chosen programme.
  • Consistently follow up on leads in order to determine validity and timescale for action, enrolment timing and student-centric deadlines.
  • Occasionally attend relevant exhibitions, travel trade fairs, conferences and workshops.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building skills.
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Confident user of databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be well organized, tenacious, patient and determined.

As a plus:

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service sector
  • Desirable understanding of the UK education sector or previous experience working within an educational / college / student enrolment position.
