Project Manager

Minimumrequirements:

• Good understanding of the project lifecycle
• Good understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework
• Ability to work with and build strong relationships with members of cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to develop and maintain software requirement specifications and test plans
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player and a quick learner
• Comfortable working with multiple teams
• Able to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment
• Level of English: Upper-intermediate or higher

Desiredqualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience (Business Analyst, Process Engineering, QA Engineering, Process Auditing or similar)
• Experience with change & configuration management
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, techniques
• Active collaboration with software and QA engineers
• Experience with requirements analysis/clarification
• Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload

Willbe a plus:

• Experience in international communication
• Experience in Release/Continuous Delivery activities
• Understanding of root Cause Analysis techniques
• Deep understanding of Web/Desktop/Mobile testing specifics, client-server architecture
