ADA is a unique online service for getting exceptional promo videos in a matter of minutes, tailored to businesses in the food&beverages industry. We have combined an artistic talent of creating eye-catching videos, with cutting-edge software, to minimize the efforts and resources of our customers in their promotional activities.

We are looking for Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of employees (customer support manager, sales manager, marketer)
• Organization of internal communication system in the department;
• Implementing mechanisms to attract new customers;
• Analyze customer needs and increase the effectiveness of customer support;
• Monitoring sales figures and increase their level;
• Creating internal regulations of the department;
• Document controlling.

Requirements:

• High education;
• Experience in own project (IT, marketing) will be a big plus, also experience in operating director, project manager, seo from 3 years;
• Knowledge of English at the advanced \ fluent level is a must (we work with clients from Europe and USA);
• Perfect communication and networking skills;
• Successful experience in organizing team work, the ability to setting goals for employees and motivating them to achieve;
• Successful experience in building a system for working with clients in a new department (support, sales);
• Results oriented mindset.
