Communications / PR Director

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Communications /PR Director who together with the team will develop and implement various communication activities for our top clients.   

Key responsibilities: 

Be a strategic contact for the clients, international or Ukrainian companies' leaders in their fields

Provide high-level consultancy (assess business environment and provide strategic inputs on a regular basis, work with CEO and other top managers of the company, take part in media training, crisis communications support, etc.)

Develop communication strategies, and proposals for integrated campaigns (driving brainstorms with the team and creative department, generating ideas, preparing presentations, budgeting, and presenting them to the client)  

Lead a team of junior communications professionals (PR managers, executives). Support and develop the team. 

Ensure comprehensive day-to-day management (plan and supervise activities, process incoming client's briefs, manage projects' flow within the team, supervise timings, results, etc.) 

Work with top tier media (building loyal relationships, initiating publications) 

Coordinate client's events (forums, conferences, launches)

Participate in agency marketing activities  (preparing projects cases for international competitions, speaking at conferences, preparation of content for local and international marketing media) 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in PR and communications, public affairs, communication agencies, business consulting, project management

• Strong expertise in corporate and crisis communications, GR experience will be an advantage 

• Outstanding communication skills

• People leadership skills (team mentoring and management)

• Fluent Ukrainian, upper-intermediate English (ability to read, write and speak fluently)

• Proactive, optimistic, with a positive attitude
