Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and omnichannel marketing
• Analyze the performance of managed channels on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance 
• Manage bid strategies against budgets for Paid Search and/or Paid Social either directly or with agencies.
• A/B testing, tracking, and strategies, including test ad copy, landing pages, visual assets, audience targeting, and other variables to improve performance of ad spend
• Procure advertising assets from other departments and modify to ad spec if necessary 
• Create relevant advertising audiences using 1st and 3rd party data 
• Analyze, report, and communicate out campaign KPIs & day to day reporting of core digital marketing analytics across the organization.

Requirements:

• Passion for performance marketing 
• 2+ Years of Experience in as Digital Marketing Manager or related field
• 3+ Years of experience managing paid campaigns in Facebook and Instagram, or Google AdWords
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and flexible with great attention to detail 
• Strong reporting analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail 
• Creative, imaginative and able to develop ideas quickly 
• Effective organization, time management, planning and problem resolution skills 
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision or direction 

Foreign languages:

• English upper intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
