Our Partner, an international software developer, is looking for Recruitment Team Lead.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Lead;
- Experience in leading recruiting team up to 15 recruiters;
- Experience in building ramp-up plans;
- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology;
- Skills to partner with technology experts to create the most efficient interview process and candidate experience;
- Talent to manage a complex, large pipeline with many moving parts while ensuring data and candidate quality across the board;
- Robust teamwork and communication skills with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships;
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset;
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR tools;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Advanced level of English proficiency is a Must
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of recruiting activities on a corresponding Delivery Unit;
- Overseeing of a full life-cycle recruiting process on large accounts started from scratch;
- Developing the most effective and appropriate recruiting channels and methods; monitoring the activities of service providers and evaluating their performance; managing recruitment marketing; updating current and designing new recruiting procedures;
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance;
- Interact with internal stakeholders as a recruiting subject matter expert to assist with everything from hands-on recruiting to RFPs to market research;
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs;
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hireand cost-per-hire);
- Become an employer brand ambassador by driving a positive candidate experience;
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters;
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations;
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Research and choose job advertising options;
- Participate in job fairs and career events;
