Chief Marketing Officer

Our client is an international company. Is a part of international brand (Business Process Outsourcing market leader in Ukraine) with over 2000 people in 6 offices across Ukraine.

They empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Now they are looking for an ambitious and smart Marketing director!

You will be responsible for:

• Developing marketing plans and programs, directing promotional support;
• Recommending options and courses of action;
• Providing short and long-term market forecasts, developing and implementing marketing strategies;
• Digital Marketing (SMO, SMM, SEO);
• Generating high-quality leads for the sales team by planning, executing and doing a resultbased optimization of numerous marketing campaigns online and onsite;
• Websites and landing pages management, including content and SEO;
• Maintaining marketing staff by recruiting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees;
• Building brand awareness and global brand monitoring online.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (lead generation, copywriting);
• Experience in B2B sphere (US & EU) is a must;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
• Fluent English;
• WordPress knowledge would be a plus
