А thoughtful, thorough and strategic Global Recruiter to join our Recruiting team in support of our talented teams’ growth across the company. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide active sourcing for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks, and other resources in Europe and Ukraine;
• Collaborating and consulting with the hiring managers to review job requirements and sourcing strategy that effectively market the opportunity;
• Review job descriptions to understand the hiring manager’s needs and ask questions to help identify the right candidate(s);
• Proactively interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media;
• Use sourcing effective techniques to search for the required information on the Internet. 

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter;
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, online and structured);
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search);
• Candidate direct search and headhunting experience;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
• Fluency in English .
