You will be responsible for:
- Defining research needs and methods;
- Creating UX research plans, facilitating UX research sessions;
- Collecting and processing research data, presenting it to product team;
- Implementing UX learnings into new design decisions;
- Participating in design workshops to generate solutions;
- Being creative in validation new product ideas with real users;
- Conducting an ongoing user research and feedback collection;
- Communicating with stakeholders and creating problem statements; collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure flawless implementation.

- Hypotheses creation and validation using different methods;
- Research plan creation according to product goals;

- Lean validation, Customer Journey Map;
- Interviews/surveys preparation and facilitation;
- Usability tests and A/B tests;
- UX skills: Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Human-centered design, Interaction Design
