Requirements:

• Solid experience in recruitment / HR management, knowledge of recruitment techniques is essential;
• Fluent English (must provide IELTS certificate or pass the internal IELTS Academic test with overall band 7.0); 
• Result - oriented, proactive, responsible;
• Readiness for business trips abroad.

Tasks:

• Recruitment of pilots and flight engineers from abroad;
• Leading the process of internal checks, tests;
• Developing of the strategy of talent acquisition and retention; 
• Developing and implementing HR marketing plan 
• Organizing and participating in career events, exhibitions, airshows, cooperation with recruitment agencies.
