Lawyer

DevPort is a full-cycle IT company working on the step-by-step implementation and introduction of new products. We are looking to cooperate with the Lawyer, who will be an inherent part of our team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in law from 2 years (priority - IT, FinTech, e-games, and compliance practices);

• Knowledge in international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations;

• Experience in compliance of foreign companies

• Experience in working with non-resident companies;

• Experience in foreign business incorporation and support

• Fluent spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian;

• Good time-management skills, confident soft skills, teamwork skills;

• Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills;

• Effective presentation and negotiation skills;

• High level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and commitment to results.

Will be plus:

• Knowledge and experience in international tax structuring.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation of international agreements, including privacy policies, terms of service and other relevant website documentation;

• Analysis and systematization of legislation of different jurisdictions;

• Obtaining of necessary licenses and compliance with local and foreign regulation

• Development of compliance and risk management programs for clients from foreign jurisdiction;

• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions;

• Opening accounts in banks and EMIs;

• Conducting of DD procedure of foreign and local counterparties;

• Research and advice on various legal matters within the scope of the company's activity;

• Cooperation and communication with a wide network of international law firms;

• Negotiations with foreign and local clients, partners, etc;

• Structuring of business and company's deals;

• Protection of company's intellectual property rights;

• Participation in developing legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards;

• Support of the company's day-to-day activity.
