    Brand Research Domain Leader is a research expert at brand area of expertise - how to help our clients to building successful bands both through development and customer experience.

     

     

    Domain Leader know how and why to apply our offer to business issues and deliver advice in a way that is meaningful and actionable for our clients. Domain Leader capabilities extend beyond knowledge of products and research processes to expertise in the application of results and insight in a client environment. The person is at both client facing role and setting the behavioural agenda for research team, shifting our focus from tools and products to a broader application of knowledge and expertise to ensure a continuous improvement in client ROI.

     

     

    Main Responsibilities:

     

    • Lead internal learning and actively contribute to internal expertise sharing
    • Structure internal knowledge, standardize instruments for data gathering and analysis
    • Coaching individuals and teams to ensure proficient understanding of behaviors, tools, and methodologies and how to apply them to solve client issues and add value
    • Develop new approaches for clients task solving and launch them inside the company
    • Inspire and motivate teams through displaying passion, igniting curiosity and desire to develop skills and fulfil potential
    • Continuously feeding back to other internal experts (+client leads, operational and analytical teams) on client issues
    • Seen by the client as an expert in the Brand field
    • Act at the frontline of building our operating possibilities and in showcasing our expertise to clients/industries
    • Deliver value and impact to clients through the application of domain expertise that correspond with client key business questions
    • Proactively work with Client Leaders to engage senior contacts within clients (including outside insights functions), seeking to understand client issues by asking the right people the right questions, and applying expertise to provide enhancing solutions/tools and deliver value to the client
    • Increased commercial acumen
    • Demonstrable contribution to a significant increase in revenue through the application of expertise - methodological and operational
    • Demonstrable contribution to the continued development of the Insights

    • Ability to create new approaches for research realization and to launch them inside the company
