Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• Knowledge of current legislation
• Knowledge of resolutions, orders, instructions, methodical, normative and other guiding materials on legal activity of an enterprise
• Knowledge of the procedure for accounting and reporting on economic and financial activities of the enterprise
• Knowledge of the procedure for concluding and drawing up business contracts
• Knowledge of the basics of economics, labor organization, production and management
• English both written and spoken (intermediate level)
• Good skills of MS Office programs, computer legal databases (Liga, НАУ, RADA.) and ERP Systems ( HCL Notes, 1C, SAP etc.) 

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the Company
• Participate in the conclusion of business agreements on specialization, preparation of opinions on their legal validity, carry out their analysis and legal support
• Develop or participate in the development of legal documents necessary for task performance
• Represent the interests of the Company in relations with individuals, enterprises, institutions and organizations on issues related to specialization
• Provide legal support of processes at the Company, on behalf of the immediate supervisor within the competence of the department
