Main responsibilities :

• Conducting training for new employees of the company
• Analysis of employee training
  
• Motivation and support of employees at work
  
• Organization and optimization of the learning process
  
• Keeping weekly reports
  

We are looking for person with:

• Work experience as a Business coach at least 6 months
• Ability to find an approach to each employee
  
• Knowledge of sales / objection / argumentation techniques
  
• A trainer with knowledge of technology and sales psychology , who is able to easily transfer his knowledge to employees.
• Charismatic and self-confident Person with a great sense of humor
• A generator of useful ideas, energy and motivation
• Fluent in English and one other foreign language ( German / French/ Spanish etc)
